View Create a company
A company can be funded directly by a player or by another company as a subsidiary.
If creating the new company as a subsidiary of a parent company, parent company must be wholly owned.
To create a company directly owned by a player, on the player window click on
Actions > Create a Company
To create a company as a subsidiary of a company you already control click on
Actions > Create Company
The create company action window :
Funder: The name of the player or the company providing the funds for the company.
Name: The name for the company. The name can have 5-35 characters
Ticker : The stock symbol. 4 characters.
Shares : The number of shares that will be issued, between 1 and 10 millions shares.
Issue Price : Initial price of one share of your company, between $1 and $200.
Ownership % : The percentage of shares that the funder will own. Remaining shares will be available in the stock market for all the other players to purchase.
Action progress can be seen in the Actions window.
