Lately, I’ve notice a rather long list of people using me as a supplier and I can’t keep up with the demand. Certain customers probably aren’t even receiving any inventory from me. I know my own factories are starved for resources. Is there a way to limit customers or create certain external sales with specific buyers without opening my doors to everyone?

You can fire customers by going to the customers tab and clicking on the customer you want to “fire”.

You can now refuse new customers. Go to your business unit and at the product level you can set the strategy “No New Customers”. All existing customers will be serviced and new customers will be refused
