Major feature :

1) Company creation has been improved. Now you can have 1 to 10 millions shares, issue price is variable, from $1 to $200, and the funder ownership percentage is no more fixed. You can choose to own as little as 10% of the new company (up to 100%).
Until now only players could create a company. Now a company can create another company (a subsidiary).

2) You can now change your user name (Desktop -> Profile -> User Name tab)

2) Wholly owned subsidiary capital increase. A parent company can increase the capital of a subsidiary.

- You can now save the desktop (when you login it will automatically open the windows you have saved) (Desktop > Game > Save Desktop)
- Activate/deactivate game emails (Desktop > Game > Profile > Email Options tab)

Natural resources trading is now available.

To buy a resource either from a player or from the “government” go to :
Desktop >  Show >  Natural Resources Market >  Click on the resource you want to buy

The “Natural Resources Market” window contains only resources that are for sale.

To sell a resource you own :
Open the company window owning the resource >  Properties >  Natural Resources >  Click on the resource you want to sell
The popup window let you set :
- if the resource is for sale or not
- the selling price

The B/Sheet Value column is the current value of the resource in the company’s balance sheet.

New upgrade.

You can now see all consumer products markets.

Desktop >  Markets >  Consumer Products Markets

Choose a product and a city in the market selector and click View Market.

A new window will show you market details (population, market size) and the list of units selling on that market (along with prices, brand, market share).

New important upgrade.

1) I have rewritten the units windows. Now it’s much easier to understand what’s going on. P/Stats tab has been removed. Products tab has been rewritten with a list of products and some important information (price, quality, ...). The product details can be seen by clicking on a product.

2) The find suppliers window has a new very useful option. You can now search a product in all countries in one click. Just select “All Countries” in the drop down list.

I think these modifications will be very appreciated as they are based on user feedback.

New upgrade.

New features:
1) Rename a business unit (Unit window >  Actions >  Rename Unit). It costs $20’000 per unit. Completion time: 1 day.
2) Rename a company (Company window >  Actions >  Rename Company). It costs $50’000 + $20’000 for each unit owned by the company. Completion time: 1 day.
3) Set a maximum authorized price when you setup a new relationship with a supplier. If the supplier increases the price above your maximum price, the relationship will be dropped.

New major upgrade.

- In the suppliers window you can now filter the suppliers to see only the units you control.
- In the factory, farm, warehouse, mine, oil well and sawmill windows there is now a Customers tab.
