New upgrade.

- A couple of important bugs corrected (wrong balance sheets, wrong customers lists)
- New graph in the products window. There is now under the product image a capacity graph with 3 bars. First bar is the demand, second bar is the selling capacity and third bar is the used selling capacity.

IMPORTANT UPGRADE.

(you may need to refresh your browser cache)

RULE UPDATE: company is now liquidated when the equity (falls below 0). Equity = Issued Capital + Retained Earnings.

NEW FEATURE: Bonds Market

How does it work?

- To issue a bond go to your company window and select Actions > Issue Bond menu.
The face value is the price you’ll need to repay.
Price is what your company is going to receive against the issued bond.
The interest rate is what your company is going to pay (interest is paid daily and automatically).
The term indicates the duration of the bond (1/3/5/10 years).
- Once your bond is issued it will appear in the bonds market (Desktop > Markets > Bonds Market).
- When another company purchases your bond you’ll receive the money.
- To purchase a bond go to the bonds market and click on a bond. You can sell purchased bonds at any time.
- You can see all issued/purchased bonds in the company window, bonds tab. By clicking on a bond you can cancel it (if it has not been purchased yet), repay it (if you issued it), change the selling options (is it for sale and at which price).
- Bond will be automatically repaid when the term date is reached

Is the precentage an annual rate or over the term of the bond?

It’s an annual rate.
Paid daily (take your rate and divide by 360 to get the percentage charged daily).

New Upgrade.

Now warehouses can handle up to 100 products:
Small: 10 products
Normal: 30 products
Large: 60 products
Very Large: 100 products

Filtering has been improved in the “find suppliers” window:
Now only suppliers you can order from are displayed (units with No Sales strategy are not displayed and units with Internal Sales strategy are displayed only if your buying unit and the supplier are owned by the same company).

New Upgrade.

- Now adding a supplier relationship adds an employee to the unit’s workforce. This means that you must be careful when you add tons of relationships, they all costs money.

- Suppliers relationships are automatically dropped if 10 orders in a row are undelivered (for plant products the undelivered orders count is increased only during harvesting months)

- There is a new column in the “find suppliers” window. You now have the % use of the supplier’s selling capacity over the last 7 days.

- You can now fire customers. Go to your business unit, customers tab, and click on the customer you want to “fire”.

- You can now refuse new customers. Go to your business unit and at the product level you can set the strategy “No New Customers”. All existing customers will be serviced and new customers will be refused. This is different than the “No Sales” strategy. If you set “No Sales” this means that sales are stopped for all existing customers (and all existing relations with customers will be dropped).

- Freight costs are now displayed when you add a new supplier (in the set relationship action window).

- Freight costs increased to better reflect reality:
source and destination are in the same country’s regions : $600/ton
  same countries : $1’200/ton
different countries, same world regions : $2’400/ton
  different world regions : $3’600/ton
