Player owned banks ...perhaps joint ventures….

Player owned Transportation systems such as trucking co’s, rail, plane…

Restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, cinema’s…...

construction business’.....making homes, various business buildings….

hire and pay chairman, ceo, managers to run different parts of one’s compnies…other players and/or hiring out your self…

Yes service oriented business units are something I’d like to do and it would be really great.

Automated agents to run the company are not something I want to implement. I want only real humans playing this game.

The idea of sharing a company management among different players is interesting.

Yes I like the managers idea… and also paying the Chairman, CEO

Another business sim game I played allowed the chairman to hire anyone as the CEO, including themself.  A CEO could hire managers and assign them to business units. 

The compensation package was a salary and/or share package.
