I am a bit confused, do I actually have to buy from myself to store in one of my warehouses, or will it automatically be shipped there when my capacity reaches 100%?

And the follow up, does my warehouse then “sell” to a factory or will it ship automatically. 

Each business unit is a seperate enterprise with their own books, not just a piece of the master business?
