I am having a problem of my warehouses droping my suppliers from my own farms and factories. Snce the last update I am having to re-add my own farms and factories to the suppliers list everyday. But its not every product. Frozen and mostly manufactured consumer iems are the ones.

The message window says the last 10 orders have been undelivered.

Your suppliers relations are dropped because no goods have been received from your suppliers during 10 days.
This means that your suppliers can’t supply. In this case the relations are automatically dropped.

Yes, but why whould my farms or factories not supply? They are being dropped for no reason. They have the products and can deliver but get dropped well before the 10 game day deadline.

Company is TnT group.

Hi Anthony,

Could we perhaps exclude internal supplier relationships from de-linking after 10 days?  I like to keep an extra warehouse linked in case the first one is full.  I am quite willing to pay the additional salary for that overflow provision.

There is maybe another solution.  Have the distributing unit, distribute the goods for that day equally among the customers for example, if my factory produces 9000 shoes per day, and I have three customers Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2 and Shop 3, the 9000 available units can be equally distributed among the customers.

Thanks
J

Excluding internal supplier from “de-linking” is a good idea. I’m also thinking of increasing the number of days to something like 180 or 360 days, just to clean up useless relations. Another option would be to just drop this rule.
I have to think about it…
