I have a research area set up, add product x, and then it when it completes I get 0 for the product, do it again and once again I get 0, is there a reason the level doesn’t go up?

Also I have the slider maxed out, what exactly does this do, quicken research, raise available levels?

Hi, With my factories, I am making products right, if I need say glass, plastic etc to do so, Do I have to add the to the products list if I purchase them from an external provider or just have them as a supplier? I currently have them as both.

Hope that makes sense. - Maybe you can even use my factory as an example.

Warehouse Question

I am a bit confused, do I actually have to buy from myself to store in one of my warehouses, or will it automatically be shipped there when my capacity reaches 100%?

And the follow up, does my warehouse then “sell” to a factory or will it ship automatically.

Each business unit is a seperate enterprise with their own books, not just a piece of the master business?

Share value the same after increasing capital?

I created a subsidiary for one of my companies, and after a while I needed additional cash to continue. I used the “Increase Capital” option and transfered money from the mother company (that owns the subsidiary 100%).

Now, the company equity (at the player companies-tab) is $47M while the share value is only $21M

How is this possible? I though that the share value would rise with more values inside the company?

Can you sell tech?

Also, if you research in a subsidiary is the tech then transferred through the whole corporation?

If you sell a subsidiary what happens to the tech?

Is there any benifit of researching the same item 10 times within the same unit?

Letting others buy your stock

Is there any kin of plus of letting other people own part of you company? Mainly I want to know why whould you give out a percentage of your business profit. As of now I see no benifit to the company to give out dividends and such.

Technologies and Research Units

I have some technologies that show up in my technology list as being complete—in other words, 17 of 17, for example. If I drop the product from the research facility that found them, do I loose said technology, or does it persist. In other words, do I need to keep my research facilities researching the same product to keep my level of tech in that product, or can I retool my facilities to other products. I’m at a point where I’m deciding to restructure or build more, and I’m wondering how this works.
